The four suspects shown below are wanted by Moot police in connection to various house and business robberies in the area.

Villieria police spokesperson Captain Coba Brits said the police have been trying to track these men down, without any success.

She said the first suspect entered a supermarket in East Lynne in November last year, armed with a knife.

“He demanded the money from the Lotto machine and tills,” she said.

Brits said the man fled the scene in a white Toyota Avanza.

She said the man was wearing a green shirt, similar to a camo print, with a cowboy hat.

The second suspect was one of three men who robbed a liquor store at gunpoint in December last year.

“A few customers were in the liquor store when it was robbed,” said Brits.

“As two of the suspects moved to the paying point, the third one threatened the woman working at the till with a firearm,” she said.

She said the suspects fled with money and liquor from the store.

They also fled the scene in a white Toyota Avanza.

Brits said one of the three suspects was wearing an orange rain jacket with dark sandals.

The third suspect is wanted for a business robbery in January this year.

“He entered the business premises as a normal customer,” she said.

“Later, he pulled out a firearm and robbed the store at gunpoint.”

The fourth suspect is wanted for a house robbery in August last year.

“The victim was at home when the suspect broke into the house,” Brits said.

“He threatened her with a firearm and told her not to scream. The suspect then robbed the woman and fled the scene on foot.”

Brits urged anyone with more information to assist the police.

“Anyone with more information are urged to come forward so that we can find and arrest them,” she said.
